SHIPPING INFORMATION

We deliver to all Metropolitan in NSW, ACT (Canberra), VICTORIA & QUEENSLAND.

All deliveries will take 2-8 days.

Any deliveries OUTSIDE of these states and outside metropolitan areas will require a separate delivery quote. Please contact us via the chat icon or by email design@delvenecantoni.com.au for a quote prior to purchase.

Once the order has been paid, confirmed and processed. We will then have items packed and collected within 48 hours of placement of order. You will then receive an email that will provide a tracking number. You can then easily track your order. We will also send you a confirmation email to advise you of the delivery ONE DAY prior to the delivery. All deliveries will take 2-8 days.

PLEASE NOTE: Once your order is dispatched the carrier will deliver your order to your specified delivery address during business hours and orders must be signed for. Please ensure your delivery address is available during business hours.

Delvene Cantoni Interior Design offers fast and reliable shipping to ensure you experience a great delivery service. Freight is determined on several different aspects, these include size, location and how fragile it is. It is important to remember that freight is quoted based on ground level access, Deliveries into high rise units or access via stairs and lifts are considered an additional service and may incur further charges that will alter the freight quote.

TO AVOID ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES, IT IS IMPORTANT TO ASK YOURSELF THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS:

• Are the entry doors where product needs to enter of standard size? Have they been measured?
• Are there corridors that the product needs to pass through? Are these wide or narrow?
• Is delivery point on ground level or does a lift or stairwell need to be used? If so, have you measured these areas?
• All the above questions are very important to ensure a smooth delivery.
